What we collect
If you email us, we hold what you send: your name, email address, organisation (if provided), and whatever you write. If you subscribe to Director's Cut we hold your email address and standard delivery and open metrics.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your details with anyone.
- We don't use client data to train public models. Ever.
- We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Client data during an engagement
Handled under the engagement's own terms: least-privilege access, redaction where you need it, and — where the design allows — deployment on infrastructure you own, so your data never leaves your boundary. The mechanisms are described on the services page.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we'll tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we're required to keep records for tax or contractual reasons. Write to hello@directingbusiness.in.
